Afrideals Ng Services ("we") runs NGLancer. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted); your wallet and purchase history; the numbers you buy for or send SMS to; your contact groups; and basic technical data such as IP address. If you request a bank account number, your BVN or NIN is passed directly to our payment partner and is not stored by us.

Why

To run your account, deliver purchases, process payments, send receipts, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties.

Who we share with

Only service providers needed to deliver what you buy: payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify), bill and airtime providers (VTpass), SMS delivery (Termii) and email delivery. We never sell your data.

How long

Account data is kept while your account is open. Transaction records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and signed payment notifications. We will never ask for your password, card PIN or OTP.
