These terms apply to your use of NGLancer (website and app), operated by Afrideals Ng Services. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for purchases made from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam or abuse.

2. Wallet

Money in your wallet can only be used for purchases on NGLancer. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Payment fees shown before you pay are not refundable.

3. Purchases

Check every phone, smartcard and meter number before paying. Purchases delivered to the number you entered cannot be reversed. If a purchase fails, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

4. Bulk SMS

You may only send messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Spam, fraud, impersonation of banks or government, requests for PINs/BVN, and illegal content are forbidden and lead to immediate suspension, and may be reported to the authorities. Sender IDs must be approved and must not imitate other organisations.

5. Availability

Services depend on networks and providers and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by such delays.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
